Last day of 1st year!

Woo! Celebrate...God's brought me thru an awesome 1st year at uni! :D

Chantelle, Tessa, Me, Amar. guess who has the smallest feet! Haha

Hehe yup...today was the very last day of uni! Ya ya so there's exams next, but still woo! Can u believe how fast this yr has gone by? Just 2 yrs more n i'll have graduated from uni! ooooh...haha!

Well besides being the last week of sch, this wk has been a wk of some firsts too..haha. My first...

1) Korean food here in perth. eh not bad leh! Made by genuine Koreans after all. Sooling brought me to a place in the city to have lunch there. It was yummy :P But i still dunno how to appreciate kimchi......the pickled lotus roots were interesting tho, just a bit too sweet.

2) Icy ice! hahaha finally i've tried the thing crystal n tim were raving about. the icy ice n the penguins. K i dun rem if singapore has it/similar..it's like this snowy ice-creamish dessert that's really light. Well if singapore has, i bet it'll be exploiting-ly expensive to con all the secondary school kids. HAHA. Sooling n I tried the yoghurt one that comes drizzled over with passionfruit sauce. Yums. Very refreshing. i think come summer, it'll be extra shiok :)

3) getting into the WRONG TRAIN. It was extremely crowded with after-work office ppl at perth underground n haha i just stepped into the 1st train i saw as i stepped off the escalator. Becos it was so crowded i couldn't see out the window or hear the "this is _____ station" announcements. haha so anyway, the "this is ____station" at the next stop didn't seem to sound like the usual i would normally hear, n i knew something was wrong when i looked out the open door n instead of the swan river i saw unfamiliar buildings!! AHHH! haha but good thing i got out n the train in e opposite direction came at that moment. *phew* hahaha.

Well anyway spring days are here n it's been beautiful weather n the burst of life all around astounds me! Trees I thot were dead have just sprouted lush green leaves all of a sudden, bare trees just become green overnight or something. Wonder HOW the leaves start growing out?? Then the roses....WOW. N the wildflowers... N the ducklings!! N other cool birds i haven't seen till now - the endangered black cockatoos, ring-necked parrots...wow. God's love language to me...the wonder of His creation :)

Yep. So this will prob be my last post for now. Exams are in 2 weeks gotta mug hard!! See you singapore in a few wks time!!!!!!!!!! :D *love u!

Oh HAHA i saw these signs outside 2 lecture theatres a few mornings ago, n totally cracked up. ahahaha......my goodness.

So...BEWARE ok...of CUTTLEFISH (top) and deceivingly cuddly innocent WOMBATS (bottom) that live in the lecture theatres.
